The Role
We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can build the layers of a Salesforce ecosystem that live outside the platform — custom portals, integration middleware, API layers, and web applications that connect business systems to Salesforce. You'll work on projects where the platform alone isn't enough, and where good engineering judgment matters as much as technical skill.
What You'll Do
- Build REST and SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (ERPs, billing systems, marketing platforms, custom databases)
- Develop custom web applications and portals using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
- Write backend services in Java, C#, or Node.js that interface with the Salesforce API
- Work alongside Salesforce developers to design integration architectures that are scalable and maintainable
- Write SQL queries and work with relational databases for reporting, migration, and data sync tasks
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards on your team
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in at least one OOP language (Java, C#, or similar)
- Modern JavaScript experience — a component framework (React, Vue, Angular) and Node.js
- Solid SQL and database fundamentals
- Experience with REST API design and consumption
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming) is a strong plus
- HTML/CSS competency — you can build a clean UI without a designer holding your hand
Compensation
$80,000 – $100,000 base salary depending on experience.
What We Offer
- Salesforce certifications sponsored — we want full-stack developers who understand the platform deeply
- Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k) with no waiting period
- 120 hours PTO in year one + 9 paid holidays
- Performance bonuses + employee referral program
- Free North Loop parking + monthly stipend
- On-site in the North Loop, Minneapolis — five days a week
