The Role
We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator who wants to be more than a help desk ticket — someone who takes ownership of org health, hunts down inefficiencies, and builds the automations that make business users' lives measurably better. You'll work directly on client environments alongside senior architects and developers, with real responsibility from day one.
What You'll Do
- Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings across client orgs
- Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, duplicate management, and data quality processes
- Configure and maintain Sales Cloud and Service Cloud objects, page layouts, and record types
- Serve as the first line of support for client end-users on Salesforce questions
- Write and maintain reports and dashboards that give managers actual signal
- Participate in requirements gathering and translate business needs into configuration specs
- Work alongside developers to hand off requirements and test delivered features
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator certified (required)
- Experience with Experience Cloud, Apex triggers, or LWC is a plus
- Solid SQL fundamentals for data work and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication — you'll interface directly with clients
- High attention to detail and comfort owning multiple client environments simultaneously
Certifications We'd Love to See
- Salesforce Administrator (required)
- Advanced Administrator (strong plus)
- Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant
- Platform App Builder
Compensation
$60,000 – $85,000 base salary depending on experience. Plus performance bonuses and certification incentives.
