The Role
We're looking for a Salesforce Developer who wants to build real things for real clients — not tweak config on someone else's org. At Digital Mass, developers own their deliverables from architecture through go-live. You'll work in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations across a variety of industries and Salesforce clouds.
What You'll Do
- Design and build Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and REST/SOAP integrations
- Build Lightning Web Components that solve real UX problems, not just wrap standard functionality
- Participate in technical discovery and architecture sessions with clients
- Write unit tests that actually test something meaningful (75%+ coverage, always)
- Conduct and receive code reviews as part of a continuous improvement culture
- Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and occasionally MuleSoft
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (not just admin work)
- Solid Apex fundamentals: governor limits, bulkification, async patterns
- LWC experience — not just Aura
- Platform Developer I certified (or willing to get it within 90 days)
- Experience Cloud, Flow, and integration patterns are a plus
- The ability to communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
Certifications We'd Love to See
- Platform Developer I (required within 90 days)
- Platform Developer II (strong plus)
- Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant
Compensation
$75,000 – $105,000 base salary depending on experience. Plus performance bonuses, certification incentives, and a full benefits package.
What We Offer
- Certifications fully paid — exams, prep materials, and study time
- Personal development plans with real mentorship from senior architects
- Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k) with no waiting period
- 120 hours PTO in year one + 9 paid holidays
- Free North Loop parking + monthly stipend
- Beautifully renovated office in the North Loop, Minneapolis
- Snacks, drinks, company events
