The Role
We're looking for a Solution Architect who's done the work — not managed it from a distance. At Digital Mass, Solution Architects own the full technical solution from Sprint Zero through hypercare. You'll design the architecture, lead the build team, and be accountable for the outcome. No hiding behind a PM.
What You'll Do
- Lead technical discovery and produce architecture documentation clients can understand and sign off on
- Design org architecture: data model, security model, automation strategy, integration patterns
- Make build vs. buy decisions and own the rationale
- Lead sprint ceremonies, keep velocity up, and remove blockers before they become excuses
- Review code produced by your team and enforce quality standards
- Present to executive stakeholders clearly, without jargon, with confidence
- Mentor junior developers and act as the technical escalation point for your engagements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years in an architect-level role
- Deep expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data)
- Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms is a strong plus
- Certified Application Architect or System Architect (or in progress)
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and set honest expectations
- You've designed orgs that scale — and cleaned up ones that didn't
Certifications We'd Love to See
- Application Architect or System Architect (or working toward it)
- Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
- Platform Developer II
- Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud Consultant a plus
Compensation
$115,000 – $155,000 base salary depending on experience. Plus performance bonuses, certification incentives, and a full benefits package.
