Build something
worth showing up for.
Minneapolis-based. Salesforce-obsessed. On-site, five days a week
because the best work still happens in the same room.
We're not a body shop. We're not a big-box SI.
We're a tight team of architects, developers, and Salesforce specialists
who actually build the thing and sign our name to it.
What we actually care about
Ship what matters
We deliver working code, not slide decks. Every sprint ends with something real that a real user can touch.
Own the outcome
No blame-shifting, no hand-waving. If we build it, we stand behind it through go-live and beyond.
Certs over buzzwords
We invest in real expertise. Every team member is certified, continuously trained, and expected to know their craft cold.
Show up (for real)
We're in the office together, five days a week. Collaboration isn't a Slack thread. It's a whiteboard, a conversation, a team that knows each other.

How we hire
No black boxes. Here's exactly what to expect when you apply to Digital Mass.
Apply
Submit your application below. We read every one. No ATS black hole. A real person reviews your background within a week. We care about what you've built, not just where you went to school.
Intro call
30 minutes with someone from the team, usually a senior developer or solution architect. We want to understand your background, what you're looking for, and whether DM is the right fit. We'll answer any questions you have honestly.
Technical interview
A 60-minute deep dive into your technical skills. For Salesforce roles, expect questions on architecture decisions, platform limits, and real-world problem solving. Not trivia. For developer roles, we'll look at code and talk through trade-offs.
Final interview
Come into the office and spend a half day with us. You'll meet the people you'd be working with, see the space, and get a real feel for how we operate. We want you to know exactly what you're walking into.
Offer
If it's a match on both sides, we move fast. You'll have a written offer within a week of your final interview. We believe in competitive compensation, clear expectations, and starting strong.
We invest in you.
Heavily.
Certifications cost money and time. We pay for both. Every developer on the team has a personal development plan and a certification roadmap that the company actively supports. When you earn a cert, it goes on your badge and your paycheck.
We run a mentorship program that pairs junior developers with senior architects. Not for optics, but because we believe knowledge transfer is how a team gets better. You'll be challenged, given real ownership, and promoted based on output, not tenure.
Certifications paid
Exam fees, study materials, and prep time, all covered. We expect the team to stay certified and we make it easy.
Personal development plans
Your growth is tracked, discussed, and planned. Not just mentioned at your annual review and forgotten.
Senior mentorship
Paired with architects who have done the work. Get unblocked faster, learn more, and build a career that compounds.
Real ownership
You'll lead client engagements, not shadow them. Junior developers write production code here, not internal tools nobody uses.
